About the Knives

Yes, Seikatsu Knives are very easy to care for. The most important thing to remember when it comes to high-quality knives like these is to hand wash them and dry immediately after every use. If you do this they will truly last you a lifetime.

Our knife sets are by far our most popular, so unfortunately we do not sell the pieces separately at the moment, but we are currently working on making that a possibility for those who made want to add another one or two to their collection.

Every knife in our Seikatsu Knives Sets has a different purpose, each with different size and weight, used to cut a variety of foods. Therefore, each knife will be used in a very different way. We are actively working on building out a video tutorial series with demonstrations from culinary professionals, but until we launch that, we recommend doing your own online research on proper use.

All steel rusts if it's not properly taken care of. When it comes to maintaining your knives we highly recommend hand washing them AND drying them immediately after use. When water sits on raw steel for an extended amount of time that's when you can start to see rust spots. Nobody wants that!

We went through great lengths to create strategic partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and third party logistics companies to be able to maximize our profitability while also providing our customers the best prices for the highest quality products.

Shipping Questions

We are a North America based company with warehouses on the East & West Coast. Currently we ship all over the United States. We are actively working on opening up our distribution channel to Europe, Canada, and Australia as well!

Yes, we provide delivery and tracking information after you purchase for you to follow your order. If you did not see the email you can use this TRACKING LINK and input your tracking number or order number/email.

Our warehouse team is specially trained to do quality inspections on every product that is ordered, but unfortunately things happen during shipping sometimes. If this happens to you please reach out to info@seikatsuknives.com so we can take care of this for you.

Returns Questions

Yes we do! Request a return for any product within 30 Days. See our Return Policy page for more info.

The return process usually takes around one week including shipping and processing.

As soon as our warehouse receives your item, we will immediately initiate the return and should be in your account within a couple days (depending on your bank processing times).

Please email us at info@seikatsuknives.com and let us know why you would like to return your item. Please put 'return' in your subject line so we can address your return and initiate the process as quickly as possible.
