The Classic Seikatsu™ Chef Knife has a blade made of 7CR17 stainless steel with a laser Damascus pattern, perfectly balanced with the dark pakka wood handle. It's natural strength and durability makes it amazing for hacking through meat or slicing up some vegetables during your meal prep.

They look solid. I thought the meat cutter was a bit bigger though. I haven’t used them yet but they are very sharp.

Love this knife! It's quite sharp,so be careful taking it out of the box or use it at first time. It's better than my WÜSTHOF 8" chef knife in my opinion, it's lighter.
